Tamarind Extract:<\/h3>\n

Tamarind is the fruit of a tall tree plant that is abundant in North Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Yunnan, China. The shape of the fruit resembles a curved pod, with a light brown outer skin, thin and brittle; the flesh is soft and sticky, sweet and sour, and juicy. Tamarind is divided into sour and sweet, called “sour horn” and “sweet horn” respectively. The slightly sweet sweet horns are often eaten as fruits, while the sour horns, also known as “sour seeds” or “sour beans”, are used as extracts.<\/p>\n
